Pat, the co-founder of The Brixton Distillery, is the head of the quality assurer (taster) at the heart of our blend.

MIKEY HIRSCH
Mikey is our Brand Ambassador and Apprentice Distiller. You will normally find him talking about our delicious botanical rum.

LAURENT LACASSAGNE
Our Co-Founder Laurent has over 30 years of experience in the spirits industry. Our success thus far is in no small part down to his visionary leadership.

MATT SERVINI
Our master distiller Matt Servini, has over 20 years of experience in the drinks industry, he has helped us craft our award-winning rum.

LIZZIE DULIEU RAYNER
Lizzie is our creative content and social media manager. With a background in film and editing, Lizzie’s creativity helps us showcase the soul of Brixton Distillery.
